RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Eunice Lighting INC offers a 30-day refund policy to customers who are not satisfied with the product they received, as long as it is in the good condition.
Eunice Lighting INC also offers a 30-day return policy to customers that receive a damaged or defective product, as long as they file a return within 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, a product will occasionally get damaged in transit. Should you be an unlucky recipient of a damaged or defective product, please email us as soon as possible and our customer service representative will get to working on a replacement or a refund for you ASAP. If the return is filed after our 30 days, we will give you store credit for the same product or the most similar item. This is valid only during the issued warranty period.
NOTE: Shipping costs are not refundable. The customer must pay to ship any replacement items back to us.
